As a Human Resources Manager, you would oversee the following: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, providing fair, confidential, and timely resolutions. Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives. Manage weekly payroll process. Monitor and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended HR best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records in Paylocity. Lead and refine the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new hires and facilitate their successful integration into the organization. Administer and oversee human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave. Other duties as assigned.
