What You Will Do:

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the market and hit revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects Lead and support a local team of recruiters and staff Ensure excellent service delivery and satisfaction across client accounts Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities Report on market activity, KPIs, and team performance

What You Will Bring:

2+ years of sales experience in the staffing industry is required Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or account management Leadership or team management experience preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Strong understanding of local market dynamics and workforce trends Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, metrics-focused environment

Compensation & Benefits:
