WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

We are looking for a People Partner to support our Brands & Properties division. This role will act as a central point of contact, trusted advisor, and business partner to leaders and employees. You’ll bring a proactive and solution-oriented approach, combining your project management skills and HR expertise to drive an outstanding employee experience, ensure compliance, and support people development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions related to policies, leaves, relocation, and wellbeing Build strong relationships at all levels of the business through regular check-ins and active listening to identify trends, concerns, and opportunities for support Provide coaching and guidance to managers on team dynamics, performance management, organizational changes, employee relations, and career development Support the delivery of core people programs and processes (e.g. performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, compensation cycles, development programs, and recruitment support) Partner with hiring managers on onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new hires Facilitate new hire check-ins for employees and managers at 30, 60, and 6 months and help identify themes to improve the overall onboarding process Deliver new hire live onboarding sessions Provide support for divisional data requests as needed Conduct exit interviews for voluntary exits, ensuring a consistent and thoughtful departure experience Identify skill gaps or development needs and work with the Learning & Development team to implement relevant learning solutions Leverage Workday to maintain data accuracy, generate insights, and streamline people processes through automation Actively participate in People Partner team meetings, contributing ideas, feedback, and best practices to continuously improve our People experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED 4-6

years of experience in a generalist or People Partner role supporting business functions Strong foundation across core HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation, and talent development A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills – able to build trust and influence at all levels of the business Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity – you thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments Operationally savvy and process-driven, but not afraid to challenge the status quo and find better ways of working Experience working across multiple states or regions and navigating different employment practices or compliance requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
