The Plant HR Manager will partner with leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that addresses current business needs while positioning them for long term, scalable growth. Broadly, the Plant HR Manager is responsible for a wide range of functions including delivery of HR programs, employee engagement, workforce planning, attraction and retention, talent management, employee relations, compensation, and health and safety. Reporting to the Platform HR Director, the incumbent will collaborate with the leadership team, influencing and acting as a trusted business partner and player-coach to drive business outcomes while leading a team of 5 HR and EH&S professionals. What You’ll Do Execute HR strategies that support talent management, succession and workforce planning, and leadership development while aligning with the organization’s overall goals. Collaborate with functional leaders to leverage HR insights, including organizational development and change management, to drive business growth, increase efficiencies, and foster a high-performance culture. Lead and develop a team of HR professionals in support of ~300 employees, ensuring consistency and excellence in HR Practices. Champion a culture of inclusion and belonging to improve the employee experience, engagement, and retention. Ensure compliance with required legal postings. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the HR and EH&S Function; ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance, as required. Leverage HR data and analytics to form insights, driving business decisions and optimize workforce strategies.

What You’ll Need 10 years of progressive HR Leadership experience across multiple manufacturing locations with 5+ years as a people manager. Strong experience in employee relations in a manufacturing setting. Proven business acumen with a track record of connecting HR strategies to overall organizational goals and delivering measurable results. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. MBA, preferred.
