Human Resource Manager Roessel Joy Nashua, NH 03063 Job Summary Roessel Joy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of HR systems and processes. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage recruitment and selection processes, including talent acquisition and HR sourcing. Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs. Maintain and enhance the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to ensure accurate employee data management. Collaborate with management to create a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement. Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution and performance management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining company policies. Utilize workforce management tools to optimize staffing levels and productivity. Manage social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment purposes. Lead HR projects aimed at improving operational efficiency within the HR department. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of HR practices. Proficiency in HR software such as ADP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, or similar systems. Experience in project management within an HR context is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and workforce management principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
