HR Manager Opportunity
Location:
Onsite in Nashua, NH (initially onsite, flexible options may be considered later)
Compensation:
$80,000-$90,000 base + discretionary quarterly bonus (~12%)
Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time | 8am-5pm About the Company
We have partnered with a growing, multi-location healthcare services organization with locations across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. As they continue to grow, they’re seeking a Human Resources Manager to play a pivotal role in driving their people strategy and supporting a close-knit, high-performing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations and partnering with the sole HR team member currently in place, this is a high-impact role with significant opportunity for leadership and growth. Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership Align HR initiatives with business goals and growth strategies
Utilize data and analytics to improve decision-making and process efficiency
Establish and maintain company-wide HR policies and procedures
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Lead the full-cycle recruitment process
Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs
Deliver seamless onboarding experiences aligned with company values
Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a trusted HR advisor to staff and management
Resolve conflicts and manage employee relations with professionalism and empathy
Foster a culture of trust, inclusion, and accountability
Performance & Organizational Development Manage performance review processes, coaching, and employee development plans
Guide leaders through performance challenges and improvement initiatives
Compensation & Benefits Oversee administration of salary, bonus, and benefits programs
Stay up to date on market trends to keep offerings competitive
Manage benefit brokers and ensure clear employee communication
Compliance Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies
Maintain up-to-date documentation and procedures
Who You Are 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
PHR/SPHR or
SHRM-CP/SCP
certification preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident navigating tough conversations and managing up
HRIS experience (Paylocity preferred) and Excel/data analysis proficiency
Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits $80,000-$90,000 base salary
