Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in designing and developing impactful marketing materials for our medical device products. This individual contributor role requires someone with a strong background in the medical field, preferably in upper/lower extremity devices, and expertise in creative design, graphic development, and strategic marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the ability to transform complex technical information into clear, visually appealing, and engaging content for both healthcare professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Graphic Development:

Lead the creation and development of high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, digital assets, advertisements, social media graphics, product packaging, and more.
Design visually compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the value and benefits of our products.
Collaborate with product development and sales teams to translate product features and benefits into clear and engaging visuals.
Stay current on design trends, especially within the medical device and healthcare sector, to ensure materials remain innovative and relevant.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our medical devices, focusing on both healthcare professionals and patients.
Create content for digital platforms, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising.
Analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing materials and campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing materials support their efforts and address customer pain points effectively.

Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R D, product management, and regulatory affairs, to ensure marketing content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with product specifications.
Provide creative direction and support for product launches, trade shows, and industry events.
Maintain a strong understanding of the upper/lower extremity medical device market and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
Experience:

At least 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on creative design and graphic development.
Experience in the medical device industry is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked with upper/lower extremity medical devices or in related therapeutic areas.
Demonstrated experience in developing marketing materials and campaigns for technical, medical products.

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
Strong understanding of branding, design principles, and marketing best practices.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to turn complex medical information into simple, compelling visual content.
Experience with web design, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies is preferred.
