JOB SUMMARY Director of Human Resources

Pay:

$110k-120k base + bonus

Hours:

Monday-Friday, standard business hours

 Kate We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources for a growing team on the lovely Seacoast. This leadership role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a proven ability to lead HR operations, support culture initiatives, and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and company growth Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including records management, payroll, benefits, HRIS, and compliance Lead HR team of three and collaborate with training staff housed in operations Guide recruitment efforts and build a scalable in-house recruiting function Manage HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll) to ensure accuracy and reporting capabilities Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws Maintain and administer compensation structures, incentive plans, and performance management programs Act as a key advisor to leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development Promote a strong, engaged culture aligned with company values and drive employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

7+ years of progressive HR experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) SHRM-CP or

SHRM-SCP
