ConvenientMD is looking for a Medical Staffing Supervisor to oversee the licensing, credentialing, and onboarding process for our providers. You’ll be the first point of contact for new providers, ensuring a smooth and efficient start to their journey with us. Your Impact Be the Go-To Credentialing Expert
- Collaborate with our provider recruitment team to gather and maintain key documents for licensing and credentialing. Support Providers Through the Process
- Work directly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to resolve issues, collect required documentation, and keep credentials up to date. Manage Credentialing & Payor Enrollment
- Drive project management across onboarding phases, ensuring all applications for major payers are completed, submitted, and tracked accurately. Stay Ahead of Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health plan requirements and state-specific licensing processes in NH, ME, and MA. Keep Things Running Smoothly
- Monitor credentialing and recredentialing timelines, verify provider information, and track compliance in internal databases needed to meet Board of Registration in Medicine, NCQA, and internal requirements for credentialing and recredentialing.
Who You Are 3-5 years of experience in hospital or medical credentialing Bachelor’s degree preferred
Familiar with NPPES, PECOS and CAQH
Experience with physician, nurse practitioner, and physician assistant licensing in NH, ME, and MA A strong multi-tasker who thrives in a team-oriented environment Bonus Qualifications Experience with CredentialStream #INDCOR1 Why ConvenientMD?
