Business Partner – Human Resources – Vineland
MAJOR FUNCTION
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR strategies withanizational goals, fostering a positive workplace environment by managing employee relations programs, ensuringpliance with employment laws, and resolving workplace issues. This role focuses on building strong relationships across theanization, promoting fairness, and aligning employee relations strategies with theanization’s goals and values. This role is responsible for providingprehensive HR support, helping to drive employee engagement, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring the effective execution of HR policies and initiatives. The HRBP works closely with leadership to identify business challenges and develop tailored solutions to meet workforce needs.
QUALIFICATION
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal,munication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence at allanizational levels.
Certification/Licensure:
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Ability to influence and build trust at all levels of theanization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to navigateplex workplace dynamics and sensitive situations
