Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People and Places Ops Partner to join our team on a temporary basis. This role plays a critical part in managing the employee lifecycle by leveraging HR technology and ensuring operational excellence.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the People and Places Ops Partner, you’ll report to the People and Places Operation and Compliance Lead and serve as a key point of contact for HR data operations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining HR data integrity, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and collaborating across teams to optimize systems and processes.

ABOUT YOU

You are a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong background in HR data management and analysis. You bring a proactive attitude, a knack for process improvement, and excellent communication skills. Your ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment makes you a valuable partner to internal stakeholders and HR peers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process data across HR systems including Workday, ADP, and PeopleSoft Support employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, transfers, terminations, and leaves of absence Ensure timely and accurate updates to employee records across systems Conduct regular audits and data reconciliations to uphold data accuracy and compliance Provide Tier 1 support for HR inquiries through ticketing systems and shared inboxes Use Excel and similar tools (e.g., VLOOKUP) to analyze and verify HR data Offer training and guidance to managers and HR team members on system usage and best practices Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR operations Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and support broader People team initiatives

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in HR data management, HRIS, or operations High attention to detail with strong understanding of HR data governance and policies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities Comfortable working collaboratively across departments and organizational levels
