Summary We are looking for a hands-on and dependable HR Manager to support our production facility. The HR Manager will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, time and attendance, employee relations, compliance, safety programs, and HR administration. This position requires someone who is approachable, organized, and capable of balancing strategic HR duties with practical, on-the-ground support. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for warehouse and support staff Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Administer payroll inputs, attendance, time-off tracking, and related systems Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and company policies Support training, safety meetings, and compliance audits Collaborate with operations to address staffing needs, scheduling, and workplace morale Coordinate employee engagement programs and retention strategies Monitor and manage workers’ compensation and leave requests Serve as the main point of contact for HR inquiries from warehouse employees.
