In this dynamic leadership role , you will support, guide, and empower our team of caregivers while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support a positive workplace culture. Oversee performance evaluations , providing coaching and constructive feedback. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations. Manage employee benefits programs and assist staff with benefits inquiries. Handle employee relations , conflict resolution, and workplace investigations. Implement training and development programs to enhance staff skills and career growth.

Qualifications:
