Director of Human Resources RAM Recruiting 40 Norwood Avenue, Plainfield, NJ 07060 Are you an HR leader with a heart for healthcare and a background in skilled nursing? AristaCare at Norwood Terrace , a proud 5-Star CMS Rated Facility , is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead our people strategy, drive employee engagement, and ensure HR excellence across our community.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance Ensure HR policies meet state, federal, and facility-specific regulations for SNFs Support department heads and staff with guidance on HR procedures and best practices Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and personnel records Foster a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven workplace culture
What You’ll Need:
Proven HR leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Deep knowledge of LTC regulations, labor law, and HR compliance standards Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to balance empathy with sound decision-making in a fast-paced environment
