Human Resources Manager Hashi Market Brooklyn, NY 11228 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture while driving process improvements. Duties Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees. Oversee benefits administration and ensure employees have access to necessary resources. Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve HR processes. Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement organizational design strategies to enhance workforce efficiency. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities. Drive process improvement initiatives within the HR department to enhance operational effectiveness. Experience Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources. Familiarity with data collection methods and data analysis skills. In-depth understanding of employment labor law and benefits administration. Excellent interviewing skills with a focus on candidate assessment. Demonstrated ability to lead organizational design efforts effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
