Are you a strategic HR leader ready to drive organizational excellence across multiple sites? If so, join inTEST’s Process Technologies division (Ambrell and Videology) as our next HR Business Partner, reporting directly to our Divisional President as well as our VP HR. About the

Role:

As our Multi-Site HR Business Partner, you’ll be a key strategic partner shaping our people-first culture while driving business results. You’ll lead HR initiatives across multiple locations, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to support our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership Partner with division leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives Lead succession planning and talent development strategies Drive organizational design and workforce planning initiatives Support M&A activities through HR due diligence Manage division-wide performance management programs Employee Experience & Culture Design and implement employee engagement initiatives Lead employee satisfaction surveys and cultural improvement programs Develop and execute recognition programs, including Above and Beyond Awards Create innovative onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success Champion safety initiatives and maintain OSHA compliance HR Operations Oversee full-cycle recruitment for global positions Manage employee relations and conduct thorough investigations when needed Administer compensation and benefits programs Lead payroll operations using Paylocity Ensure compliance with employment laws across all operating locations Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting

Requirements:
What You’ll Bring Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field 5+ years of strategic HR Business Partner experience Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience with complex employee relations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel up to 15% (including international)

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in HR or related field Experience with Paylocity Multi-site or global HR experience Change management expertise Experience with M&A due diligence What We Offer Hybrid work environment (4 days onsite) Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and stock purchase plans.
