As Business Services Manager, you will manage the Sales team that builds business relationships with local area employers for direct placement of jobseekers.
RESPONSIBILITIES-Oversee Account Manager Team, manage scheduling, and work with Center Director on quarterly and yearly reviews.-Support Account Managers in developing relationships with local businesses and developing a network for job placement by researching prospective target employers with high-volume hiring needs. -Attend networking events both in person and virtually-Coordinate delivery of services by completion of sales process and fulfillment of job orders with designated partner organizations to ensure employer needs are met during the hiring process.
QUALIFICATIONS-Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems.-Experience managing a team of 3 or more people required-Demonstrated telephone, computer and written communication skills.-Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor requiredSALARY$85,000 yearly
