We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Performance Management:
Oversee performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers and employees to drive high performance.
Compliance & Policy Administration:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, conducting audits and reporting as necessary.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
