Human Resources Manager Responsibilities Include:
Providemanagement and supervision of the Center’s Human Resource function.
Analyzes human resources policies ad procedure and use properjudgment and discretion to resolve issues and problems. Performsall aspects of HR functions. This includes recruiting,interviewing, hiring, disciplines and terminations. Maintains avacancy and turnover rate at or below the Center standard. Thisincludes filling vacancies in a timely manner and initiatingemployee retention/recognition programs. Oversees the Center stafftraining activities, which includes developing, coordinating andadministering staff training plans. Ensures the implementation ofEEO activities and compliance. Oversees the preparation of HRreports. Ensures the non-discriminatory work environment and equaltreatment of all Center staff. Conducts annual wage and salarysurveys to ensure that the Center is able to attract and retainqualified staff. Investigate and resolve staff issues and complaintin accordance with Company policies and procedures. Maintainsrequired employee files, logs, and related documentation.
Qualifications Human Resources Manager Qualifications Include:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school required. A minimum ofthree years human resources management experience required. HumanResources Certification preferred. Department of Labor approvalrequired.
