Human Resources Director Three Rivers Behavioral Health 4043 Irene Street, West Mifflin, PA 15122 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department in our new Psychiatric Facility. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee management, while fostering a positive workplace culture. You will oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting best practices within the organization. Responsibilities Develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business objectives. Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent. Implement succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity. Manage employee evaluation processes to enhance performance management. Oversee workers’ compensation programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws. Utilize HR information systems such as Proliant for efficient HR operations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement in talent management practices. Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop workforce planning strategies. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee evaluation processes. Familiarity with HR software systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding HR initiatives.
