Job Description
Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corp dba Wabtec Corporation seeks Senior Specialist, Total Rewards in Pittsburgh, PA.
- Manage international mobility programs.
- Coordinate execution of international assignments with the Immigration Program Manager, vendors, and HR Managers.
- Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for Human Resources team, People Leaders, and employees on all aspects of international assignments and international mobility policies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers involved in relocation and tax advisory processes.
- Monitor performance of vendors and hold them accountable to meet established SLAs.
- Develop, implement, and maintain international mobility practices, policies, and procedures that best suit business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during their assignments.
- Provide expert consultation and training to the Human Resources team, People Leaders, and employees on compensation related questions, processes and policies.
- Administer company’s annual compensation planning process: Workday set-up, merit budgets, process schedule, training delivery to Human Resources team and People Leaders, issue resolution, payroll delivery and post-closure audit.
- Execute assigned Total Rewards projects from inception to implementation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on compensation related enhancements to Workday.
- Provide, analyze, and interpret data to support HR strategy in core functional areas such as compensation, retention, recruitment, compliance, and diversity.
- Partner with the Human Resources team and Business Leaders to develop appropriate human resources plans.
- Support key business-specific strategies and develop and implement appropriate change management plans as required.
- Facilitate a culture that actively promotes diversity, inclusion, and equity.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines.
- Ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances as needed.
- Assist with HR audits and compliance reviews.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field plus 7 years of related experience.
Required experience must include any amount of experience in all of the following
- HR experience in client support generalist and specialist roles
- Global HR experience
- International Mobility management
- Compensation and Total Rewards
- Heavy equipment manufacturing and services industry Telecommuting permitted.
