$65,000 – $79,000 annually Position Summary A growingorganization in the Fredericksburg area is seeking a skilled HumanResources Manager to lead its people operations function. This roleis ideal for a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR professional with astrong background in manufacturing environments. The successfulcandidate will take ownership of HR strategies, support businessleaders, and promote a positive, compliant, and productiveworkplace. Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight to theHR team in implementing policies and procedures. Manage HR data andreporting through ADP or a comparable Human Resource InformationSystem (HRIS). Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts including jobpostings, interviewing, and candidate selection. Conduct employeeexit interviews and track separation trends. Lead the onboardingprocess for new hires to ensure a smooth transition. Attend andrepresent the company in unemployment hearings as needed. Developand manage compensation structures, including job descriptions andpay changes. Support benefits administration activities includingopen enrollment, claims support, communications, and invoicereconciliation. Help coordinate weekly payroll operations whilemaintaining timekeeping and pay systems in compliance with laborlaws. Act as the primary point of contact for employee questionsrelated to HR policies, programs, and practices. Partner withsupervisors to advise on employee performance, legal compliance,and disciplinary matters. Support daily HR services includingpromotions, transfers, evaluations, training, job classification,and EEO compliance. Generate and interpret HR reports on workforcemetrics like headcount, turnover, absenteeism, benefits costs, etc.

Manage site-specific services including vending and otheremployee-facing programs. Stay informed on employment law andensure internal compliance with all federal and state regulations.

Provide additional support and take on special projects as needed.
