This position entails ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a positive work environment for nursing staff. Duties Supervise nursing staff to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Conduct documentation reviews to maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with Medicare regulations. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care. Manage staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations for nursing personnel. Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
