HR Manager •Bilingual Spanish 1st

Shift Pay:

$70k-$80k

SUMMARY:

Responsible for the implementation of all Human Resources activities, including policies and procedures, employment, compensation, payroll, benefits, training, recruiting, onboarding, terminations, conflict management, as well as other employee services. Promote a positive employee’s relations environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Administer various human resource plans and procedures, assist in the development and implementation of personal policies and procedures. Evaluate programs and make recommendations for changes as appropriate. Coordinate/conduct recruitment and selection efforts, including writing and placing advertisements, coordinating the internal job posting program, interviewing and evaluating applicants. Plan and oversee the new employee orientation program. Oversee benefits administration to include the annual open enrollment process, employee communications, claims resolution, change reporting, and reviewing invoices for accuracy Administer 401(k) contribution uploads and participant additions/deletions and changes. Oversee and administer weekly payroll processing Maintain HRIS system with rate changes, pay scales, as well as time keeping system and policies, while adhering to all DOL and Wage and Hour requirements. Work directly with managers/supervisors to assist them with employee issues and provide guidance and education regarding human resources practices and legal compliance.
