Human Resources and Employees Manager2123 N 1st Ave, Suite B1 B2, Whitehall, PA, 18052 Lehigh CountySafewrap LLC is seeking to hire a Human Resources and Employees Manager. This position’s duties are as follows: Review job applications, conduct job interviews, train new employees and staff members, and approve weekly payroll. Ensure compliance with human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations. Maintain pay plans and benefits programs. Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Conduct performance evaluations of employees and crew leaders, and oversee their daily activities. Draft employment contracts, policies and benefit plans.
Position requires bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field required. Must have any amount of previous Professional or academic experience in HR systems and databases. This is a full-time position with a yearly salary of $90,709.00 per year and work must be performed in our Whitehall, PA location.
