Reporting to the VP of Organizational Excellence, you’ll be ourgo-to for leading enterprise-wide employee communications andcomplex changes, blending strategy and execution in one high-impactrole. If you love chaos, clarity, and communication equally—we wantyou.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the company-wide change managementstrategy that helps our employees navigate and embraceorganizational transformation with clarity, energy, and confidence.
Partner directly with our C-Suite and Extended Leadership Team toidentify and drive high-impact communication strategies for keybusiness priorities and organizational changes. Lead the planning,communication, and rollout of complex, high-impact changes acrossthe company. Maintain and evolve our internal communicationsinfrastructure (e.g., our intranet, Slack channels, Rewatch,newsletter) to maximize relevance, reach, and connection in ahybrid workplace. Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partnerto executive leaders and people managers, equipping them with themessaging, tools, and guidance they need to lead throughcomplexity. Ensure change and communications plans are embeddedacross critical People-led initiatives, including DEI, TotalRewards, Org Design, Performance Enablement, and Policy. Championvisibility and storytelling across the organization—surfacing thestories and strategies that connect our team to our mission andvision. Lead with urgency, courage, and clarity in times of changeor ambiguity—whether you’re building a comms plan or jumping into acrisis moment. Regularly measure impact and improve effectivenessthrough feedback loops, usage data, engagement analytics, andemployee input.
What Success Looks Like:
Clear, concise change andcomms plans embedded into 100% of enterprise initiatives. Internalcomms channels have 70% open/view rates and are seen as trustedsources of truth. 75% satisfaction from ELT and People teamstakeholders on comms/change partnership. Employee engagement datathat reflects clarity, confidence, and readiness during change.

What You’ll Bring:
7 years inchange leadership roles, organizational development, or employeecommunications roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change efforts with highvisibility and impact. Outstanding ability to speak and write in away that is clear, commanding, and human. Deep understanding ofchange management principles (Prosci, Kotter, or similar) and asharp instinct for how to adapt them in real life. Strategicthinker who thrives in ambiguity and acts fast without sacrificingquality. Highly trusted by executives. Credible, influential, andcalm under pressure. Track record of building systems andframeworks while rolling up your sleeves to execute.

The target base salary range forthis position is $173,110-$216,390, and is part of a competitivetotal rewards package including stock options and benefits.
Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined bya number of factors including experience, location, internal payequity, and other relevant business considerations.
