We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-orientedDirector, HR Transformation & Planning to serve as a forcemultiplier for our CHRO and HR leadership team. This individualwill drive transformation across all HR disciplines by embeddingstructured planning, process rigor, and forward-looking insightsinto our operating rhythm. Acting as a trusted advisor and thoughtpartner, this leader will build scalable frameworks and ensure weare aligned, accountable, and delivering on our people strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Partner directly with the CHRO and HR LT to shapeand execute strategic priorities across HR (Talent, Total Rewards,DEI, People Operations, Employee Experience, etc.).
- Drive theannual and quarterly HR planning cycles, including OKRs, workforceplanning, and budgeting alignment.
- Build and manageenterprise-grade PowerPoint materials for Board updates, executivebriefings, and leadership presentations.
- Establish andoperationalize HR operating rhythms, including leadership meetings,monthly business reviews, and cross-functional milestone tracking.
- Build repeatable frameworks and rigor into HR programs (e.g.,compensation cycles, performance reviews, workforce planning).
- Design and manage scorecards, dashboards, and reporting cadence formonthly and quarterly HR metrics.
- Coordinate and track progressacross the HR leadership team to ensure accountability, timelyexecution, and alignment with business goals.
- Identify andimplement process improvement opportunities in partnership withHRBPs and CoEs.
- Stay ahead of industry benchmarks and internalgaps to provide proactive, consultative insight to CHRO andleadership.
Who you are:
- 5-8 years of progressive experience inHR strategy, business operations, consulting, or HR transformationroles.
- Prior experience in a top-tier consulting firm (e.g.,McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or internal strategy/COO function highlypreferred.
- Strong program management and planning skills; thrivesin fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication andexecutive presence; capable of building compelling decks andnarratives.
- Highly organized, obsessively detail-oriented, andrigorous in tracking follow-through.
- Strong analytical mindsetwith comfort using data to drive insights and planning.
