Role:
As the Human Resource Manager, you will lead, and direct HR functions and projects designed to improve employee engagement, compliance, recruitment, and organizational structure. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while also managing day-to-day HR responsibilities across multiple locations and business divisions. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leadership to implement HR and talent strategies that support current and future business needs, including recruiting, organizational design, and retention. Oversee employee relations, new employee onboarding, policy administration, and employee engagement initiatives. Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for managerial, exempt, non-exempt, and professional roles. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends, employment law, and best practices to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive. Support strategic HR initiatives and improve the overall employee experience across the organization. Manage HRIS utilization and oversee benefits programs and regulatory compliance. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervise HR administrative staff, including training, assigning work, performance reviews, and corrective action when necessary. Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture aligned with the company’s values. Qualifications Associate degree in Human Resources or Business Administration required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing and/or construction environment. Strong understanding of HR best practices, including HRIS systems, organizational development, employee relations, and benefits administration. Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
