Job Description
An SEC registered, multifamily office seeks a director of investor relations to manage client relationships and assist in raising capital for the firm’s public and private equity investment vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with existing clients by answering information requests, communicating performance updates, and understanding client investment objectives Prospect new client relationships Develop product fluency across the firm’s strategies Contribute to ongoing product development
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required. MBA preferred, but not necessary. Strong familiarity with hedge fund and private equity strategies High degree of detail orientation Motivated self-starter (critical) Excellent oral and written communication skills Can work from Charleston, SC office or remotely
