Human Resources Business Partner Position Available In Charleston, South Carolina

Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. In this role, you will provide both strategic guidance and hands-on HR support to employees and managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational HR support in areas such as performance management, organizational design, learning and development, total rewards, and employee relations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and address their HR needs effectively.
• Ensure the organization adheres to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Guide leaders through goal-setting processes, performance evaluations, and compensation reviews to align with business objectives.
• Leverage HR analytics and data to enhance decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Assist managers and employees with leave of absence processes and accommodation requests in compliance with company policies.
• Coach managers to enhance team performance, accountability, and leadership development by utilizing internal training resources.
• Lead and execute HR projects aimed at improving processes, employee engagement, and organizational success. Requirements
• Proven experience with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, or other HCM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to support HR strategies and decision-making.
• Experience with hiring processes, including ATS systems, and understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to lead HR initiatives successfully.
