In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of employment labor laws, performance management, and recruiting strategies. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees. Oversee performance management processes to ensure employee development and engagement.
