Full Job Description Role Summary:
Lead Stallion Equity’s capital formation and investor relations strategy for 506(c) multifamily syndications. Owns the investor experience from introduction through capital commitment and post-close relationship management. Works closely with the Managing Partner and legal/compliance team to structure deals, drive LP engagement, and close equity rounds efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage investor outreach strategy (RIAs, HNWIs, family offices) Create and optimize capital raise funnels: webinars, email, CRM workflows Oversee or advise on offering structures, term sheets, and PPM reviews Build long-term LP relationships; lead onboarding and fund closing processes Coordinate closely with legal counsel to ensure SEC compliance for 506(c) Advise on pitch deck, investor memos, and portal setup Help vet capital partners and possible broker-dealer or RIA channels Track fundraising KPIs, conversion rates, and close timelines
Qualifications:
5+ years in real estate private equity, capital markets, or fundraising Deep understanding of Regulation D offerings and investor compliance Strong network of investors or distribution partners Excellent communication and investor presentation skills Experience with investor CRMs (e.g., Juniper Square, SyndicationPro)
Compensation Options:
Base salary + bonus tied to capital raised Equity share in GP promote for each successful raise Performance-based carry on long-term investor success
