Job Description
Description We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Manager to lead core HR functions at our facility in Greenville. This individual will be responsible for overseeing payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations at a single-site operation. The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper reconciliation. + Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for all new employees. + Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for related questions and issues. + Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as internal HR policies and procedures. + Foster a positive work environment by proactively addressing employee concerns and supporting conflict resolution. + Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, timekeeping, and attendance documentation. + Prepare and support internal and external audits by generating reports and maintaining documentation. + Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within HR functions. + Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives and support workforce planning. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, SAP, or Oracle.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Proven ability to manage benefits administration and related processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
