About the Role
They are looking for an experienced Clinical HR Business Partner who can provide strategic HR support, collaborate with leadership, and enhance organizational effectiveness. This is a direct-hire opportunity with growth potential.
What You Get to

Do:

Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business areas and executive leadership.
Perform workplace investigations (usually 10-15 at a time).
Advise managers and employees on HR issues, including employee relations, career development, and performance improvement.

What You Need to

Succeed:

Must have experience with workplace investigations- 10+ more at a time
Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field).
10+ years of HR experience.
Must have knowledge of multi-state employment law.
Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

PHR/SPHR

certification preferred.
