As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Human Resource Manager to join our leadership team and help support our mission of excellence in patient care and team development.
Position Overview:
The Human Resource Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the human resources functions of our practice. This position is responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, staff development, and implementing quality control measures to ensure operational and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, from posting positions to interviewing and onboarding new team members Develop and implement comprehensive staff training and orientation programs Monitor and maintain employee performance and productivity standards Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with practice policies and patient care standards Support and advise leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and team building Oversee HR documentation, including personnel records, performance evaluations, and policy updates Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and healthcare industry regulations Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (HR certification a plus) 3+ years of HR management experience , preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting Strong knowledge of Federal Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury treatment environments is highly desirable Proven experience in staff recruitment, training program development, and quality control oversight Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality Why Join Us?
