What you will be doing:

Coordinate all steps of the hiring process Oversee new employee orientation and onboarding Prepare and maintain employee files Performs routine tasks required to administer human resource programs including, but not limited to: benefits enrollment and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; and training and development Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations Reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance Provide insight and direction to employees regarding company policies, benefits, and day-to-day needs Oversee timely compensation and performance evaluations Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations Act as a confidential liaison for management and staff regarding all personnel issues Perform other duties as assigned What we need from you: Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or a related field of study Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality Previous human resource experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Why you want to work for
