Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in a healthcare or retirement community setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and employee relations Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for creating a fun and supportive work environment What’s in it for you?
