We are seeking a Human Resources Manager who will lead and oversee all aspects of the HR function across the organization. This individual will serve as a partner to leadership and as a resource to employees, ensuring HR operations align with business goals and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of managing day-to-day HR tasks while also driving long-term initiatives in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. Duties and Responsibilities Include but
Not Limited To:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HR department. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives Lead company-wide recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration. Oversee performance management processes, employee reviews, and development plans. Advise managers and employees on employee relations and conflict resolution. Administer and update employee handbook, policies, and compliance documentation. Partner with the Safety Department to manage workers’ compensation and health/safety compliance. Oversee employee recordkeeping and reporting via HRIS (BambooHR, Employee Navigator, etc.). Maintain knowledge of HR trends, employment laws, and regulatory changes. Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for executive leadership. Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Masters degree in Human Resources (required). SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications (required). Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role. In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and HRIS platforms (e.g. BambooHR, Employee Navigator). Exceptional organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. High level of discretion with confidential information. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Availability to work full-time hours and overtime as needed.
