Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and retention.
Guide leadership on employee relations and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Lead employee engagement, benefits administration, and compensation planning.
Manage HR systems, records, and reporting.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
Ability to pass background check
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Business Administration
7 years of HR experience, with 3 years in a leadership role
