Responsibilities:
Responsible for, among other things, tracking turnover metrics and implementing strategies to improve retention. Oversees employee relations for assigned employee population. Investigates and prepares written responses to EEOC claims, unemployment claims, etc. Communicates all benefit and compensation programs to associates. Delivers leadership training for all site leaders on various HR topics. Leads, directs, and supervises reporting team members and/or contractors Includes, but is not limited to, decisions about or influence on staff selection, scheduling, development, discipline, compensation, performance and/or terminations. Assist in coordinating HR projects Maintain employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; in HR or a related field a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual:
