division is currently seeking a Human Resources Supervisor. The position will be based at our Sumter, SC facility. We are offering relocation assistance for the position. The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03

  • $137500.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
  • What you’ll do:
  • Join our Extended Leadership Team as an HR Supervisor and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Sumter, SC manufacturing facility.
Your mission:

to partner with the HR Manager in crafting, implementing, and managing HR policies and programs that drive our business forward. You’ll be the go-to leader for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, affirmative action, and more. Plus, you’ll spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to keep our HR function at the cutting edge.

  • In this role, you will:
  • Champion Employee Engagement:

    Develop and execute proactive strategies to foster a positive work environment. Provide guidance and support to resolve interpersonal conflicts and employee relations issues, ensuring a harmonious workplace

  • Lead Recruitment Efforts:

    Collaborate with managers and supervisors to attract top talent for both professional and production roles. Take charge of contingent work assignments through Barpellam, ensuring we have the right people in place

  • Promote Inclusion & Diversity:

    Implement policies and procedures that align with our inclusion and diversity goals. Drive affirmative action initiatives and build strong relationships with civic and educational institutions. Lead the development of the Affirmative Action Plan and related documentation, and oversee local Eaton Resource Groups (ERG’s)

  • Coach and Mentor:

    Offer day-to-day coaching and mentorship to supervisors, extended staff, and HR team members. Provide expert advice on handling employee matters and foster a culture of continuous learning and development

  • Manage Compensation & Benefits:

    Support compensation and benefits processes, including Kronos, salary administration, merit adjustments, wage surveys, and employee communications. Assist employees with benefits questions and escalations, ensuring they feel valued and supported

  • Drive Continuous Improvement:

    Participate in special projects and ongoing Continuous Improvement Framework efforts. Engage in CI events and local audits to enhance our HR practices and processes

  • Support Performance Management:

    Guide supervisors and managers through the performance management cycle, including goal-setting, development planning, and coordinating the Organizational Capability Assessment (OCA) process.

  • Qualifications:
  • Required (Basic)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Master’s degree or MBA from an accredited institution
