Employee Engagement Act as the primary liaison for employee inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
Develop and execute programs to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
Organize team-building activities, events, workshops, and conferences to strengthen camaraderie.
Implement strategies to promote a collaborative and supportive company culture. HR Support Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new hires.
Support HR activities such as performance management and employee relations.
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

Address and resolve employee issues in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.

Utilize data-driven insights to optimize community management strategies. What You Bring Background Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field OR experience as a supervisor or trainer in a BPO-environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Certification in Human Resources Management (HRM) or Community Management.
