Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years HR experience, prior hotel experience preferred Strong and effective communication skills Ability to interpret and advise property management according to employment laws of jurisdiction Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members Strong employment law, recruiting and retention background a must Experience with Affirmative Action helpful Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA Experience leading employee engagement, performance management, and talent development programs Ability to manage a diversified workforce Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and common sense Ability to work in a stressful environment and remain flexible to constant change SHRM-CP or
