Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources, Green Hills 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 2325 Crestmoor Road, Nashville, TN 37215 Job Summary The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for HR-related matters, providing expertise in employee relations, culture-building, retention, and workforce planning. This role requires a highly organized, data-driven professional with a passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace that supports clinical excellence and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Manager & Employee Support Serve as a consultative partner to managers, helping them address day-to-day HR matters involving clinical staff, including employee relations, coaching, performance concerns, and corrective actions. Support managers in screening and selecting candidates as needed, including helping assess fit and conducting interviews when appropriate. Assist with new hire onboarding in the HRIS system (Paycom), ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for incoming team members. Provide real-time support and guidance to ensure consistent and compliant application of HR policies across all locations. Culture & Retention Lead efforts to reinforce and evolve our company culture across diverse teams, ensuring alignment with organizational values. Collaborate with leaders to implement strategies that support engagement, reduce turnover, and promote a positive workplace for clinical and administrative staff. Employee Relations & Compliance Conduct and document employee investigations with professionalism, fairness, and legal awareness. Track and manage employee relations documentation using electronic systems to ensure proper records and visibility. Identify and implement process improvements in ER documentation and resolution workflows to enhance efficiency, consistency, and turnaround times. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, HIPAA, OSHA, and internal policies. Process & Data Orientation Use HR metrics and data insights (e.g., turnover, engagement, exit feedback) to drive decisions and measure the success of HR programs and initiatives. Partner with cross-functional HR and operational teams to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that enhance workflow efficiency and HR service delivery. Provide guidance on consistent usage and optimization of Paycom HRIS tools and resources. Organizational Support Support and coach managers in performance management, feedback conversations, and navigating sensitive employee situations. Help deliver manager training on topics such as progressive discipline, employee communication, and HR policy updates. Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistency in messaging, policy interpretation, and employee experience across locations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required. 5+ years of progressive HR experience; healthcare setting strongly preferred. Experience working across multi-site or decentralized environments supporting clinical staff. Strong background in employee relations, including investigations, documentation, and conflict resolution. Proficiency in HRIS platforms; Paycom experience strongly preferred. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks across various locations. Analytical and process-minded; able to identify and act on trends to improve retention, workflows, and manager support. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
