What You’ll Do HRIS Leadership:
Oversee all HRIS planning, development, testing, and implementation. Drive Optimization and lead the team through system integration!
Optimization & Reporting:
Improve processes, integrate systems, and manage data/reporting for business insights. Compensation & Benefits experience preferred.
Project & Change Management:
Lead HRIS projects, system updates, and change initiatives.
User Support & Training:
Ensure smooth functionality, resolve issues, and train users for efficiency.
Team & Vendor Management:
Supervise the HRIS team and collaborate with software vendors.
What You’ll Bring Experience:
