The Human Resources department at PWI is dedicated in partneringwith management to recruit and retain a highly qualified diversestaff; facilitate positive employee relations; develop and promotea culture of safety & well-being; train to enhance employee skills,performance and job satisfaction. We create and implement programsto increase organizational effectiveness; we design and deliverfair, competitive benefit and compensation programs, and administerpayroll services. Working together in a spirit of continuousimprovement and collaboration, the HR team contributes to aprogressive and productive work environment that meets thechallenges of a changing workforce.

Essential Functions:

Participate in the Premium Waters businesses as an HR businesspartner to the local plant as well as the corporate office in areassuch as: talent acquisition and retention, safety, health andwellness, employee engagement and development. The ability tounderstand business goals and recommend new approaches, policiesand procedures to effect continual improvements in businessobjectives, productivity and skill/leadership development withinthe company.

Talent Acquisition:

Create better visibility tocurrent and potential candidates and have the ability to preservethe information create local partnerships and developmentopportunities to lessen the impact of talent shortages nationwide.

Development:

Identify & develop technical training strategic toPWI. Provide coaching and guidance to managers.

With Sr. Leadership, develop a compensation plan & selectbenefits that are consistent with the objectives of Premium Waters.

Administer benefits, worker’s compensation, return to work program,safety program, payroll and attendance programs, wellness programand policies/procedures of the company. Strong internal andexternal customer service focus. Bias for action, strong workethic, and desire to achieve excellence. Must be able to interfaceat all levels of the organization. Passion for innovative HRsolutions and process improvement. Excellent organizational andinterpersonal skills. Mid-west travel 10-20% required.

RequiredQualifications:

Degree in Human Resources, or other similar degree,and

SPHR/PHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP

preferred. 5 years HR Managementexperience from within a manufacturing facility. Previoussupervisory experience, strong facilitation and communicationskills (oral and written).
