Role:
As our HR/Benefits Manager , you’ll report to the Director of Human Resources and play a pivotal role in supporting employees across 20 quick service restaurant locations , ensuring seamless operations throughout their career journey. You’ll provide key support in the recruitment process, assisting with job postings, background checks, and onboarding coordination. In addition, you’ll lead benefits administration, compliance oversight, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive workplace experience for all.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Talent Acquisition & Hiring Oversight Manage job postings across platforms like Indeed & HigherMe for multiple locations. Conduct background checks , assessments , and create offer letters for new hires/promotions. Maintain new hire onboarding in Paycor , ensuring proper employee assignments. Employee Records & HR Administration Maintain accurate employee records . Prepare essential HR documents, including new hire guides and policies. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across 8 states . Benefits Management & Employee Support Serve as the primary point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators. Oversee insurance plans, benefits enrollment, and other programs . Ensure ACA compliance to stay ahead of regulation changes. HR Strategy & Policy Implementation Assist in disciplinary and grievance processes to ensure fairness and compliance. Support company-wide employee engagement initiatives , such as performance reviews and surveys. Provide key reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to drive HR efficiency.

Who We’re Looking For:
Education:
Associate degree (Required) Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (Preferred)
Experience:
Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced environment (Preferred) Consistent job history, with at least 3 years of service (Preferred) 3+ years using Microsoft Office (Required) Experience with an HRIS such as Paycor (Preferred) Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
