POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Manager will lead and support key HR functions, including performance management, compliance, employee relations, and organizational development. This role ensures alignment between business strategy and HR practices while promoting a positive, inclusive workplace. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead change and develop people-centric solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Partner with leadership and legal counsel to support immigration needs, including visa processing, sponsorship, and international employee onboarding. Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Guide departments in setting performance goals and coordinating review processes. Facilitate training sessions and workshops aligned with company goals. Lead investigations and partner with leadership on corrective actions. Oversee HR reporting, metrics, and analytics to drive decisions. Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. Maintain current knowledge of HR trends, practices, and legal updates. Collaborate with EHS, Production, and other departments on integrated programs. Support employee engagement initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Represent HR in audits and other cross-functional projects. Other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Minimum of five years progressive HR experience, with two in a leadership role Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Proven ability to manage employee relations and performance processes Experience working with employment-based immigration processes and global workforce coordination preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP or
PHR/SPHR
