Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Talent Acquisition:
Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee development and organizational success.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Compliance:
Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
HR Policies:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and consistent work environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Manage compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company objectives.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management to support decision-making processes. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams.
