This is a unique opportunity for a driven leader to oversee branch operations, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit multiple sites to sell and service both new and existing customers. Develop and expand relationships with current and prospective clients. Identify staffing needs and opportunities by conducting sales calls and following up with customers. Oversee branch billing, accounts receivables, and collections in compliance with company policies. Manage recruiting, worker dispatch, payroll, and customer invoicing. Handle client and employee relations and resolve issues as they arise. Create and manage job postings to attract qualified candidates.
Basic Qualifications:
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is a must. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).

Compensation:
